Tomato Peach Salsa Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 ripe peaches, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, minced (adjust according to spice preference)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well in the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
