2 tablespoons Russian or Thousand Island dressing

1 tablespoon butter, melted

1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Spread about half a teaspoon of Russian or Thousand Island dressing on each triangle.

Place a slice of corned beef on top of the dressing, followed by a slice of Swiss cheese and a small spoonful of sauerkraut.

Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly towards the point to form a crescent shape.

Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle caraway seeds on top, if using.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven; let cool for a minute before serving warm. Enjoy your delightful Reuben Crescent Rolls with extra dressing as a dip!
