8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for chocolate sauce)

3-4 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: whipped cream and additional chocolate shavings for serving
