1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup whipped cream cheese (softened)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Fresh pineapple chunks and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and the softened whipped cream cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Add Sweetness: Slowly fold in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

      Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip, as you want it to remain light and fluffy.

        Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture. Be sure to incorporate the whipped cream gradually to retain the airiness of the fluff.

          Mix in Marshmallows and Nuts: Carefully add the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts. Fold them into the pineapple mixture until evenly distributed.
