2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of ½ lemon

Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps to ensure they cook evenly and stay juicy.

    Create the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.

      Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl, then marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
