½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup milk (whole or buttermilk)

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon (for topping)

1 tablespoon granulated sugar (for topping)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with cooking spray.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
