2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (any color)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

Olive oil spray (for grilling)

Instructions
 

Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly integrated.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

      Grill the Wraps: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then flip and repeat on the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
