8 oz elbow macaroni or fusilli pasta

4 strips of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup green onions, sliced

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional for tanginess)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

    Prepare the Bacon: While the pasta is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
